Celebration in Australia, 29. March ...

Two weeks after our German celebration we had another wonderful night at the Restaurant "Tender Trap" in Melbourne! Here a first photo in the garden of Ally & David before the party:

Kirsten, Jared, Thomas, Cynthia, Moira (Cynthia's mum), Natasha
First, we had a couple of glasses of champagne at the restaurant while welcoming all our Australian friends ... ... here you can see us at stage 3 of our wedding project ;-) ... at least we can wear off the clothes a little bit with all these events ...
And here those who shared the evening with us: first of all Cynthia's mum, here together with Jill ...
... Natasha and Jared, Cynthia's pride and joy (50% of the anklebiter department of the new family) ..

... Jenny with Sandra, Andrew and David (Cynthia's nephews) ...
... Ally and David, who provided us with such a nice home while we were in Melbourne ...
... Caroline and David, very good old friends ...

... and the guests had to suffer through a speech ... but it was short ... to quote "it is difficult to import something into Australia, but I could export the most wonderful woman to Germany!"
Chris and his team from Tender Trap again managed to serve us a wonderful meal as well as making us feel so welcomed ... here's the food menu
As in Germany, it was a big grape-juice evening ... so 9 bottles of champagne, 5 bottles of white and 11 of red wine evaporated ... so the fun increased as the evening progressed ... ... here Alberto with the kids ...
... Ally and Cynthia deeply involved in discussions ...
.... and the effect when interrupted!!! ...
... and here's Jill (... always prepared to give someone the legs up!!!) ....
