December 2006 / January 2007, Melbourne
Flying already on the 16th of December on short notice (19th was planned) ... arriving on the 18th ... the reason was Jared's cancer ... but after some horrible days, we received the "all-clear"!!!
We had two incredible busy weeks ... met a lot of friends, here David Dean ...
We celebrated Cynthia's 39th birthday with a wonderful dinner at the restaurant "tender trap" in Doncaster ... and she loved her present, a trip to Buenos Aires in April (after 35 years)!
... been in Melbourne city again ...
Big surprise party (organised from Jared) on December 29th for Cynthia ... with all friends, workmates, her mum & sister ...

Finally saying farewell at the airport in Melbourne on 3rd of January ... and having a long trip to Frankfurt
That's the end of our first wonderful year and we're looking forward to the future!
