This is the last photo taken of Jared in Hospital, sadly he passed away 5 weeks later on March 5th.
We are very proud and happy to have had him in our lives.  From the moment he found out he had cancer, he never complained or wanted pity.  His strength, dignity and determination, earned him the respect and admiration of all who came into contact with him.

Rest in Peace darling .... you leave a big hole in our lives, which will never be filled.
